Lobster

Many people love to eat lobster, and it is easy to see why. Lobster tastes great, and there are many different ways of preparing it. The way that most often pops to mind is the image of a big lobster tail sitting on a plate with a hot bowl of butter next to it. The very thought of lobster is enough to make a person’s mouth start watering.

The type of lobster that people are thinking of when they discuss eating lobster is the American or Maine lobster. These lobsters are the best that can be gotten and are only found in the Atlantic Ocean. While serving up the lobster tail on a plate (or the entire lobster) is common, it is certainly not the only way to prepare it. Soups with lobster bits in them are popular, along with many other dishes where the lobster meat is dispersed in small pieces.

There are a multitude of sauces that can go with lobster, but the all-time favorite is butter. This is probably because butter compliments the taste of the lobster without covering it up. There are many places where you can look up step-by-step instructions on how to prepare lobster, so don’t be scared to try it!
